How do I make a warranty claim?Updated a month ago

G'day! If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, we want to make things right. Please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page so we can help get any issues sorted. To help us process your claim quickly, we will require the following:

  • Details of the defect: A brief description of what’s going on.

  • Proof of purchase: Your order number or confirmation email.

  • Clear photos of the defect: Close-ups of the specific issue.

  • Clear photos of the product or ID label: So we can identify the specific unit.

Koala will make every effort to promptly review your claim. If determined valid, we will repair or replace your product. If your item has been discontinued or is unavailable, we may choose to replace it with a similar alternative.

Keep in mind that the warranty applies from the date you originally received your product and does not restart if you receive a replacement or repair; the new item will simply carry the remainder of your original 5-year warranty period.
