Starting a return is nice and simple. If you’ve decided your new piece isn't quite the right fit within your trial period, you can begin the process just by clicking here to kick off the process!

You will just need to enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase to get started. From there, our team will review and approve the request and get you booked in with our pickup carrier!

Once our team picks up the item and it's checked back into our system, we’ll process your full refund. We handle the heavy lifting and ensure the product is sustainably re-homed, so you don't have to worry about a thing!
