I bought my product second-hand from a friend, can I return it for a refund?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer returns or refunds for items purchased second-hand. Our 120-day trial and 5-year warranty are both provided exclusively to the original purchaser and are not transferable to new owners.

To be eligible for a return or a warranty claim, the item must have been purchased directly from our website by the person requesting the service.
