We want you to get the most out of your trial period, so please, get comfy! While reasonable wear and tear from normal use is perfectly acceptable, returned goods should be free of significant damage. This ensures we can give your piece a second life after it leaves your home.

All returned products are thoroughly cleaned, assessed, and then re-homed to those in need through our charity partners or other methods, we ask that you treat the furniture with care during your trial. This way, someone else can enjoy it just as much as you did!
