What do you do with returned products?Updated a month ago

We’re committed to making sure every returned item finds a responsible next step. Once a Koala product is returned, it is thoroughly cleaned and assessed to determine its condition.

From there, we ensure it stays out of the landfill by re-homing it through one of our wonderful charity partners, finding it a new home through other channels, or recycling the materials if it's no longer in a usable state. Our goal is to keep the cycle moving sustainably!
