We stand behind the quality of our furniture. The Koala Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect. This applies as long as the issue isn't a result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material, and provided the product has been used for its intended purpose following our recommended care instructions.

The Koala warranty is personal to you, the original purchaser. It cannot be transferred to anyone else and is only applicable while you are a resident of the United States. Your coverage begins on the date you receive your product and lasts for 5 years.
