What should I do if my order arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

If your order arrives looking a little worse for wear, don't worry - we’ll get it sorted for you. Whether it’s a scuff from transit or a box that’s seen better days, here is how to handle it:

Please reach out to us on our Koala "Contact Us" page as soon as you notice the issue. To help us speed up the process, we will need:

  • Details of the damage

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Clear photos of the product or ID label

Once you’ve sent those over, we will make every effort to promptly review your claim. If we determine there is a defect or transit damage, we will repair or replace the affected parts or the entire product so you can get back to lounging!
