Yes, you can change or cancel your order! We recommend emailing [email protected] as fast as possible so we can catch it before it ships, though we can still help even if it's already on its way.
How can I leave a review or share my feedback?
We’ll send a review invite to your inbox about a month after delivery, but you can also leave one anytime on the product page. If you've got a snap of your new setup, feel free to share a photo - it helps other customers more than you know!
Where can I find my order number?
You'll find your order number in your confirmation email. If that's gone missing, just shout out to our team with your email, delivery address, or phone number, and we'll track it down for you!
What are your holiday or sale period response times?
While we usually get back to you the same day, please allow 24–48 hours during busy sale periods. If we're running a bit behind, our auto-reply will let you know as soon as you email us!
