Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?Updated a month ago

We get it - sometimes things change or you realize you’ve picked the wrong color after hitting that order button. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, we can certainly help you out.

We recommend reaching out to us at [email protected] as quickly as possible after placing your order. The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of catching it before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already shipped, don't worry - we are still more than happy to help you get it sorted! Just keep in mind that once it’s already on the road, the process usually takes a bit longer to redirect or return. Either way, just give us a shout and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
