How do I update my delivery address?
You can update your address on our Delivery and Shipping page if your order hasn't shipped yet. If it’s already on the road, email us at [email protected] and we'll try to redirect it for you!
Can I delay my delivery if my house isn't ready?
Yes! You can choose a later date at checkout, or if you've already ordered, just visit our Delivery and Shipping page to select a new delivery window that works for you.
How do I add an item to an existing order?
To add a new piece to your current order, just email us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that we can’t split orders, so your items will all ship together whenever the final piece is ready!
How do I cancel a specific item but keep the rest of my order?
If you want to cancel just one part of your order, send us an email at [email protected]. We'll help you remove the item and get your refund sorted while keeping the rest of your order on track.
I forgot to use my discount code - can you apply it now?
Missed the discount box? No dramas! Just email [email protected] with your order number and the code, and we'll help you apply it to your purchase.
Can I change the fabric or color of my sofa after ordering?
Decided on a different look? No worries! Email us at [email protected] and we can swap any items on your order for a different color or fabric before they ship out.
