Can I delay my delivery if my house isn't ready?Updated a month ago

If you’re still waiting on the keys to your new place or your renovation is taking a bit longer than planned, no worries at all. You can definitely delay your delivery to a time that works better for you.

If you haven't placed your order yet, you can simply choose a delivery window further out during the checkout process. 

If you’ve already placed your order and need to push the date back, just head over to our Delivery and Shipping page and select "Change your delivery window." You’ll be able to pick a new date that fits your schedule right there!
