Can I request a specific shipping carrier?Updated a month ago

By default, almost all of our orders are shipped via FedEx with a delivery window of 2–7 days. We don't currently use any other carriers for these standard shipments.

The exception to this is for our larger pieces, including the Wanda and Byron models, as well as the chaise-style Torquay models. Because of their size, these are shipped via a specialized LTL carrier. This method typically takes 7–21 business days, and the best part is that you’ll be able to work directly with the freight carrier to schedule a specific delivery date that fits your schedule.
