Currently, we do not offer a removal or disposal service for your old furniture. Our delivery teams are focused on getting your new Koala pieces to your door as quickly as possible, so they aren't able to take away any existing pieces you might be replacing.

We recommend checking with your local council for bulk waste collection or reaching out to local charities that may be happy to pick up furniture that is still in good condition. This way, you can clear some space and get ready for your new arrival.
