How can I contact the customer service team?Updated a month ago

If you need a hand with anything, our team is standing by to help you get sorted. You can reach out to us a couple of different ways depending on what suits you best.

We are live Monday through Friday via our chat widget right here on the site from 7am to 1pm PST and again from 2pm to 7pm PST. If you're shopping over the weekend, you can catch us for a real-time chat from 9am to 5pm PST on both Saturday and Sunday.

If you prefer the old-fashioned way or we happen to be offline, you can always fire off an email to [email protected] or contact us directly through our contact us page. 

We work hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible, so if you have a concern, we recommend only emailing once so we don't overload the inbox. Be sure to give us as much information and context as you can so we can help you faster. If you have pre-purchase questions, feel free to throw them all our way - we love curiosity!
