Don&apos;t stress - it is completely normal not to have a tracking number yet. Tracking information typically populates and sends out the evening before your delivery window begins, once the boxes have been scanned out of the warehouse.If your delivery window has officially started and you still haven&apos;t received an update, please give us a shout at gday@koala.com.
