When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive via FedEx in 2-7 days, and your tracking link will show the delivery day. For larger items like the Wanda, Byron, and Torquay chaise models, expect 7-21 days with a phone call from our carrier to schedule your final delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
You can select a preferred delivery window at checkout. For Byron, Wanda, and Torquay chaise models, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific time. If you need to adjust your date after ordering, email us at [email protected]!
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
Our modular items often ship in multiple boxes which can occasionally get separated during transit. Check your tracking link to see the status of each individual box and when the rest of your order will arrive!
What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
If you're out, drivers will usually leave your boxes in a safe, covered spot or your building's designated package area. For scheduled LTL deliveries, the carrier will ensure you're home before arriving.
My delivery window starts tomorrow, but I still don’t have tracking. What should I do?
Tracking usually populates the night before your delivery window starts. If your window has already begun and you still haven't seen an email, reach out to us and we'll check on it for you!
