What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?Updated a month ago

No worries at all. If you aren't home when the delivery team arrives, they will generally leave your boxes in a safe place, such as a covered porch or the area where packages are normally delivered in your building.

Since our items arrive in multiple boxes, the driver will do their best to keep them tucked away together. If your delivery requires a signature or is an LTL freight delivery (like for our Byron or Wanda models), the carrier will have already contacted you to schedule a time when you are available to receive it. 

For standard FedEx deliveries, keep an eye on your tracking link for a delivery confirmation photo.
