Our sofas and sofa beds are modular, they often travel in multiple boxes to make them easier to move and ship. This helps you get everything through your front door and around tight corners without the stress.

Sometimes these boxes can get separated at the sorting facility, resulting in them arriving on different days or with different drivers. If you’ve received part of your order but are still missing a few boxes, don't worry! Check your tracking link - it will usually show the status of each individual parcel so you know exactly when the rest of the family is arriving. Most split deliveries are completed within 48 hours.
