If you are having trouble reaching the handles, it is usually just a matter of knowing where to look. Once you have pulled the frame out from under the seat, lift the cushion slightly from the edge furthest away from the chaise to reveal the handles tucked underneath.

Please take extra care while you are exposing the handles. You will want to keep the seat frame raised, as it may drop back down if it isn't held securely while you are getting a grip on the handles. Once you have them in hand, you will be able to lock everything into place for the perfect lounging or sleeping setup!
