What are your holiday or sale period response times?Updated a month ago

We know how exciting it is to get your new furniture sorted, and we aim to get back to everyone who reaches out within the same day!

However, when things get a bit more hectic during sale periods or busy holidays, our response times might stretch out a little bit as we work through a higher volume of messages. During these times, we aim to get back to every inquiry within 24-48 hours.

If we are experiencing particularly high volumes and longer-than-usual wait times, we’ll make sure you’re in the loop. We have an auto-message set up that will alert you of any delays the moment you write in to [email protected], so you’ll always know what to expect. We appreciate your patience while we give every customer the attention they deserve!
